POL\u00cdTICA NACIONAL ALDIR BLANC DE FOMENTO \u00c0 CULTURA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Lei n\u00ba 14.399\/2022 institui a Pol\u00edtica Nacional Aldir Blanc de Fomento \u00e0 Cultura (PNAB), baseada na parceria da Uni\u00e3o, dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Munic\u00edpios com a sociedade civil no setor da cultura, bem como no respeito \u00e0 diversidade, \u00e0 democratiza\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso \u00e0 cultura no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>A PNAB objetiva tamb\u00e9m estruturar o sistema federativo de financiamento \u00e0 cultura mediante repasses da Uni\u00e3o aos Estados, Distrito Federal e Munic\u00edpios de forma continuada.<\/p>\n<p>As condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da PNAB foram criadas por meio do engajamento da sociedade e o presente edital destina-se a apoiar projetos apresentados pelos agentes culturais do Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Joaquim do Monte\/PE<\/p>\n<p>Deste modo, a Secretaria de Turismo e Cultura do Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Joaquim do Monte torna p\u00fablico o presente edital elaborado com base na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2022\/lei\/l14399.htm#:~:text=1%C2%BA%20Esta%20Lei%20institui%20a,acesso%20%C3%A0%20cultura%20no%20Brasil.\">Lei n\u00ba 14.399\/2022<\/a> (Lei PNAB), na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/lei-n-14.903-de-27-de-junho-de-2024-568649644\">Lei n\u00ba 14.903\/2024<\/a> (Marco regulat\u00f3rio do fomento \u00e0 cultura), no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2023-2026\/2023\/decreto\/D11740.htm#:~:text=%C3%89%20obrigat%C3%B3ria%20a%20exibi%C3%A7%C3%A3o%20das,de%20a%C3%A7%C3%B5es%20relativas%20%C3%A0%20Pol%C3%ADtica%2C\">Decreto n\u00ba <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2023-2026\/2023\/decreto\/D11740.htm#:~:text=%C3%89%20obrigat%C3%B3ria%20a%20exibi%C3%A7%C3%A3o%20das,de%20a%C3%A7%C3%B5es%20relativas%20%C3%A0%20Pol%C3%ADtica%2C\">11.740\/2023<\/a> (Decreto PNAB), no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2023-2026\/2023\/decreto\/D11453.htm\">Decreto n\u00ba 11.453\/2023 (Decreto de Fomento)<\/a> e na<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/cultura\/pt-br\/acesso-a-informacao\/legislacao-e-normativas\/instrucao-normativa-minc-no-10-de-28-de-dezembro-de-2023\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa MINC n\u00ba 10\/2023<\/a> (IN PNAB de A\u00e7\u00f5es Afirmativas e Acessibilidade).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. INFORMA\u00c7\u00d5ES GERAIS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1 Objeto do edital<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O objeto deste Edital \u00e9 fomentar, reconhecer e valorizar agentes culturais do munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Joaquim do Monte que atuam nas diversas linguagens art\u00edsticas, promovendo o fortalecimento da cultura local, a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das tradi\u00e7\u00f5es e o incentivo \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o cultural, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento social, econ\u00f4mico e identit\u00e1rio do munic\u00edpio.
